Section 01 · About us Our story Santapele was born in 2008 in São Paulo, on Rua Oscar Freire, with one idea: translate the Brazilian landscape into fragrance and skin care worthy of a luxury hotel. From hotels to homes We started as an amenities supplier. Today more than 20 hotels in Brazil put our products in their bathrooms, and the same formulas — unchanged, not a retail version — are what we ship to customers around the world. Three biomes, three signatures Our collections are built around the Amazon, the Cerrado and the Atlantic Forest, plus the Salve São Paulo and Salve Rio de Janeiro fragrances and the Wellness line for spa and massage. What we stand for 100% vegan — no animal-derived ingredients. Cruelty-free — never tested on animals. Ecocert certified organic ingredients. Above 90% naturally derived content. No parabens, phthalates, silicones, synthetic dyes or diethanolamine. FSC paper and the Eu Reciclo recycling seal on our packaging. Section 02 · Shipping Shipping All orders ship from São Paulo, Brazil. Because our products are made in small batches, each order is prepared after it is placed. Processing time Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Delivery estimate International delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Estimates are not guarantees: carrier delays and customs inspections are outside our control. Tracking Every order ships with tracking. The tracking code is sent by email and may take up to 48 hours to show its first update. Duties and import taxes Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices do not include import duties, VAT or customs handling fees. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Address accuracy Please check your shipping address before confirming. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, with the new shipping cost charged to the customer.

Section 03 · Returns Returns & exchanges If something is not right, write to us. We would rather solve it than have a product sit unused in your bathroom. Return window You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items Write to info@santapele.com.br within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the outer box. We cover the full cost in these cases — replacement or refund, your choice. What cannot be returned For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping When the return is by choice, the return shipping cost is the customer’s. When the fault is ours — wrong, damaged or defective item — we pay it. Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it.

What we collect Name, email, phone and shipping address, to fulfil your order. Order history and support messages. Technical data from your visit: device, browser, pages viewed. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed directly by our providers. Who we share it with Only with those who make the order happen: our e-commerce platform, payment processors and the carrier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. Cookies We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that tell us which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart may stop working. Your rights You may ask us to confirm, access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to stop marketing emails. Write to info@santapele.com.br and we will reply within 15 days. How long we keep it Order data is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Section 05 · Terms Terms of service By placing an order you agree to the terms below. They exist to make the transaction clear for both sides. Orders and prices Prices and availability may change without notice. An order is only confirmed once payment is approved, and we may decline an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a destination we cannot ship to. Product information We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour, texture and fragrance are natural products and may vary slightly between batches, and screen colours differ from real ones. Use of cosmetics Our products are for external use only. Read the label before use and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Nothing on this site is a medical claim or a substitute for professional advice. Intellectual property The Santapele name, logo, product names, texts and photographs on this site belong to Santapele and may not be reproduced without written permission. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with jurisdiction in São Paulo, without prejudice to consumer rights guaranteed in the customer’s country of residence. Sale and sharing We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by California law. Your rights Know what personal information we collect and how we use it. Delete the personal information we hold, with legal exceptions. Correct inaccurate personal information. Opt out of any sale or sharing, should it ever occur. Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
